Zusammenfassung

DCG Poland is seeking a Project Manager to lead Privileged Access Management initiatives within a complex banking environment. You will act as deputy to the Lead Project Manager and coordinate work across DevOps, business, and other stakeholder groups to ensure on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in large‑scale IT or banking projects, strong stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum experience, PAM concepts, and Jira proficiency. English fluency required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in large‑scale IT or banking projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management concepts and processes.
• Exposure to PAM tools such as CyberArk or similar.
• Ability to prepare executive‑level reporting and decision materials.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

• Support end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives in a complex banking environment.
• Act as a deputy to the Lead Project Manager and support overall project execution.
• Coordinate work across DevOps, Business, and other key stakeholder groups.
• Ensure project progress, risk mitigation, and adherence to governance standards.
• Support preparation of senior management reporting and decision‑making materials.
• Drive change management activities and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
• Track dependencies, risks, issues, and actions to ensure structured and timely delivery.
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams, business representatives, and executive stakeholders.
