Job summary

Capco seeks a Project Manager in Cyber Security (CyberArk) to lead Privileged Access Management initiatives for financial services clients from Dallas (Hybrid). You will manage CyberArk implementations, coordinate security, infrastructure, and vendor teams, and ensure alignment with client security strategies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in complex tech projects, strong communication, and experience delivering CyberArk solutions across IAM domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects using Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
• Experience delivering CyberArk projects, including privileged account onboarding, PSM, and enterprise IAM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead CyberArk implementation and enhancement projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, and successful delivery of Privileged Access Management capabilities.
• Coordinate business, security, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage project governance, executive communications, deployment planning, testing, and transition to operational support.
• Facilitate client workshops, provide delivery guidance, and recommend leading practices for IAM and Privileged Access Management.
• Drive continuous improvement by supporting platform optimization, process enhancements, and alignment with security and regulatory objectives.
