Job summary

Capco's Cyber Security practice is seeking a Project Manager to lead Privileged Access Management initiatives for financial services clients. You will oversee CyberArk implementation and enhancements, coordinating with business, security, and technology teams to ensure alignment with security strategies, compliance, and operational goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex technology projects using Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
• Experience delivering CyberArk projects, including privileged account onboarding, PSM, Azure/Microsoft 365 privileged access, or enterprise identity integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead CyberArk implementation and enhancement projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, and successful delivery of PAM capabilities.
• Coordinate business, security, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams for effective execution and alignment.
• Manage project governance, executive communications, deployment planning, testing, and transition to operations.
• Facilitate client workshops, provide delivery guidance, and promote IAM/PAM best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing platforms and aligning with security and regulatory objectives.
