Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. seeks a Project Manager to lead Privileged Access Management initiatives in a banking environment. You will support end-to-end IT delivery, act as deputy to the Lead PM, and coordinate across DevOps, business units, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

You will drive governance, risk mitigation, and executive reporting while championing change management and clear communication across teams. Strong ownership and fluent English are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in large-scale IT or banking projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management concepts and processes.
• Exposure to CyberArk or similar PAM tools.
• Experience with Jira.
• Ability to prepare executive-level reporting and decision materials.
• Structured execution mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to manage progress, risks, dependencies and mitigation actions.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

• Ensure project progress, risk mitigation, and adherence to governance standards
• Support preparation of senior management reporting and decision‑making materials
• Drive change management activities and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
• Track dependencies, risks, issues, and actions to ensure structured and timely delivery
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams, business representatives, and executive stakeholders
