Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity or IAM, with 7+ years in PAM.
• Experience leading security engineering teams in large, global orgs.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise PAM and secrets management platforms.
• Hands-on PAM for Windows/UNIX/Linux/DB environments.
• Agile delivery with Product Owners using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own PAM strategy, governance, and roadmap aligned with Zero Trust.
• Lead design and delivery of enterprise PAM and secrets management.
• Modernize privileged access with least-privilege and just-in-time access.
• Oversee remediation of PAM gaps, audits, and technical debt.
• Lead daily engineering activities and drive continuous improvement.
