Job summary

AvantStay is seeking a Guest Services Associate to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and deliver exceptional concierge-style service at our Palm Springs locations.

You will respond to guest requests, coordinate with housekeeping, and assist with special arrangements while providing local insights to enhance stays. Weekend and evening shifts are required, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Provide concierge services and local recommendations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other teams for room readiness.
• Troubleshoot minor maintenance/tech issues (TV, Wi‑Fi, locks).
• Maintain a welcoming, well-maintained property environment.
