Job summary

HopeWest is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Meeker, Colorado PRN position. The role focuses on delivering compassionate palliative and end‑of‑life care across age groups, supporting families, and applying nursing processes to patient plans.

The successful candidate will have at least one year of nursing experience (acute care preferred), an unrestricted Colorado RN license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience; acute-care preferred.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• PRN/variable scheduling availability (minimum 24 hours per month, including one weekend).
• CHPN/WCC differential pay options and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to registered patients across all age groups.
• Deliver palliative care presentations and information as needed.
• Utilize the nursing process to create individualized care plans for patients and their families.
