Job summary

CarePartners is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our hospice and post-acute care team in western North Carolina. You will provide direct patient care per physician orders, support symptom management, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, BLS certification within 30 days of start date, and a valid driver license. An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, with experience in hospice or end-of-life care

Responsibilities
