Job summary

Ohio S Hospice Inc in Dayton, OH is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the Palliative Care program, including referrals, scheduling, documentation, billing, coding, and quality reporting. The PM supervises Care Team Coordinators and ensures operational alignment with partner hospitals, facilities, and provider groups.

The PM will collaborate with Pure Healthcare to support population health contracts and work toward successful outcome measurements, with Full-Time hours and a schedule of 8:30

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years medical practice management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and analyze data including Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Power Point
  • Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
  • State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across the organization, and uniquely with provider staff, to maintain quality driven, outcome measured Palliative Care in all settings.
  • Collaborate with physician leaders to provide evidence-based care in accordance with the organization's mission, vision and strategic objectives.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions directed toward an evolving model of Palliative Care
  • Understand, teach and reinforce protocols, systems, and processes.
