• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and coordination for the palliative care practice.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement PCM workflows and processes.
• Supervise administrative staff within the department.
• Support onboarding, training, and operational support for staff and providers.
• Coordinate intake, referrals, scheduling, and patient flow.
