Job summary

Simmons Foods in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking a Palletizer Operator to ensure pallets are properly stacked, wrapped, and ready for storage. You will run palletizing equipment, monitor line efficiency, and coordinate with forklift operators during changeovers.

Responsibilities include optimizing stack patterns for quality, verifying bag size and pattern, and adhering to QA standards. The role requires teamwork, safety PPE, and occasional lifting up to 55 lbs with shifts Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• Experience running large machines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Background in manufacturing with GMP knowledge.
• Military experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure palletizing machine runs at all times and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Notify maintenance of repairs and verify correct bag size and pattern.
• Coordinate with forklift driver and plan changeovers for materials.
• Assist manifestor in LP process and verify LPs on pallets.
• Follow QA guidelines and ensure pallets meet quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings and uphold BEST practices.
