Job summary

You will troubleshoot equipment, coordinate changeovers, and verify packaging details to maintain line efficiency. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, knowledge of GMP, and the ability to work in a physical environment with lifting up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience running large machines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Background in manufacturing and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Responsibilities

• Operate the palletizing machine and ensure continuous line efficiency.
• Troubleshoot palletizer malfunctions, shuttle cars, wrappers, and photo eyes promptly.
• Coordinate with forklift drivers and changeovers; verify codes and weights.
• Maintain pallet quality, correct patterns, and proper bag size and film.
• Support team goals, attend meetings, and follow BEST practices.
