Job summary

StartupNWA in Arkansas is seeking a reliable Palletizer Operator for our production line. You will operate the palletizing machine, ensure proper stacking and stretch wrapping, and prepare pallets for storage according to QA standards.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting line malfunctions, coordinating changeovers with forklift drivers, and communicating with maintenance. The role requires experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adherence to LEAN principles.

Qualifications

• Experience operating palletizing machinery in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of QA standards and GMP guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience coordinating with forklift drivers and changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Operate palletizing machine continuously and troubleshoot malfunctions to maintain line efficiency.
• Ensure pallets are properly stacked, wrapped, and meet QA quality standards.
• Coordinate material handling with forklift drivers and plan for upcoming changeovers.
• Inform maintenance of any repairs or equipment issues.
• Verify pallet patterns and correct bag size/pattern settings on the line.
• Support Lean practices and team cohesiveness to improve productivity.
