Qualifications

• Must be able to move, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a cold, wet, noisy environment.
• Industry experience in poultry or food processing preferred.
• Military experience encouraged for veterans

Responsibilities

• Learn, perform, and rotate between packer, scaler, styler and grader roles to maintain line speeds.
• Work on a moving conveyor belt using both hands and assist with packing and weighing.
• Inspect, grade, and remove product that does not meet standards.
• Participate as a team member and follow company policies and LEAN practices.
