Shasta Beverages, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Production Support to assist with setting up, adjusting, maintaining, and configuring equipment for pallet building in our beverage production and warehouse facility.

You will communicate with production staff, complete production paperwork, and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will start up line sections, inspect work, backfill as needed, and accurately build pallet loads for shipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible full-time schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Must provide own transportation to locations within service areas.

Responsabilités

• Start up automated and manual portions of the line and related material handling processes.
• Perform visual inspections and complete run documentation for defect-free work.
• Backfill production lines as needed to meet demand.
• Use pick tickets and documentation to select products for lines.
• Build stable pallet loads for shipment, both automated and manual.
• Operate wrappers to secure pallet loads.
• Maintain item pick accuracy and product safety.
• Read product descriptions, packaging and messages on tickets.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as required.
• Verify case quantity and size according to the production schedule.
• Record hourly production data and adhere to SOPs.
• Follow GMP and FDA compliance and keep the area clean.
• Shut down equipment at end of shift when line stops.
