Job summary

The Froneri in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a full-time On-site operator to contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple packaging and material handling roles. You will gain exposure to hardener operation, bundling, palletizing, input transactions, Currie equipment, and shipping coordination.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with mechanical aptitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn a variety of tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety policies and protect personal and team safety.
• Operate hardeners under normal and product evacuation conditions.
• Bundle, palletize and wrap product to ensure proper storage and distribution.
• Identify product SKUs for palletizing and manage ASRS transfers.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitation per GMP guidelines.
• Communicate pick-ups and deliveries with carriers/customers and coordinate with warehouses.
