Job summary

Model Dairy LLC in Fresno, CA is seeking a production associate for a physically demanding role on a fast-moving line. You will operate case packers, palletizers and forklifts while maintaining quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years in manufacturing or food processing. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus. Weekly shifts, competitive hourly pay, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years experience in production, preferably in a manufacturing/food processing environment.
• Must be humble, approachable, and honest, yet able to lead and hold others accountable.
• Must be flexible and able to work any shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills.
• Able to read, write and speak English; Spanish a plus.
• Able to work in a cold environment; physically demanding; lift up to 300 pounds.
• Must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate key equipment such as automatic and manual case packer, boxed palletized system, pallet wrapping system, and forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Pre-check equipment and monitor for moving parts, control operation, and inventory needs.
• Meet customer requirements, quality standards, product content, fill point, and proper code date.
• Complete shift paperwork timely and accurately.
• Maintain glue in glue dispenser, wrap supply to wrapping machine, and prep pallets.
• Monitor shift inventories and inform supervisor if running low.
• Assist finished inventory handler and keep line running smoothly.
• Practice good housekeeping and keep work area clean and organized.
• Report safety hazards and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
