Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a general production worker to operate case-packers and perform quality checks. You will maintain and clean the case packer and surrounding equipment, inspect finished product, and resolve any alarm issues to ensure smooth operation.

The role requires following GMP guidelines, maintaining health and safety, and reporting food safety concerns promptly. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with production experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or general work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate case-packers and perform quality checks as required
• Maintain and clean the case packer and surrounding equipment according to guidelines and expectations
• Inspect finished product before being cased
• React and resolve any alarm issues related to the case packer
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
• Follow all DFA GMP and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
