Job summary

Pineland Farms, Inc. is seeking a production associate to set up, operate, and disassemble equipment for multiple production lines. The role includes loading and unloading materials and moving products to designated areas while maintaining strict GMP and safety standards.

You will transfer raw materials and finished goods, perform CCP checks as required, and report safety or quality concerns to supervisory staff. Prior food manufacturing experience and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two+ years of industrial equipment or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate production issues to supervision or lead personnel.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and disassemble equipment used for production.
• Load/unload materials and move finished goods to proper locations.
• Comply with GMP, SQF principles, and safety requirements.
• Transfer finished products and raw materials as needed on the line or in the warehouse.
• Report any safety or quality concerns to supervisors or QA personnel.
