Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Palletizer/De-palletizer operator at its Mesquite, Nevada facility. You will manage pallet construction, ensure correct can placement, and monitor quality as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team.

The role requires basic English, good communication, and the ability to read specifications. Shift flexibility, weekend work, and overtime may be required to support production goals.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Accurate measurement capability.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English.

Responsibilities

• Operates automatic Palletizer/De-palletizer equipment within the plant.
• Ensures quality of finished package and proper layer patterns on pallets.
• Records production and downtime, reports jams to Maintainer or Supervisor.
• Performs preventative maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Maintains logs and uses the computerized system to label pallets.
