Job summary

Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. is hiring a Palletizer for the Nichols, NY facility. The role operates automated can production equipment on the night shift, performing quality checks and small adjustments to keep lines flowing efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work twelve (12) hour shifts, evenings (7pm–7am).
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and pace.
• Strong emphasis on quality and safety in every task.
• Effective and clear written and verbal communication in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more automated machines for aluminum can production.
• Keep lines running, perform quality checks, and adjust conveyors as needed.
• Record production data and status; inform supervisors of issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Help develop standard operating procedures and train equipment operators.
