Job summary

Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc., part of Crown Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Palletizer Operator at our Bradley, IL facility. You will operate automated can packaging equipment, monitor safety and quality, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with supervision and other shifts.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 2–3 years in a similar manufacturing role, and willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, to ensure continuous production.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of experience in inspecting/packaging in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work varying shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more automated machines or equipment for aluminum beverage can production.
• Maintain palletizer operation with focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Accurately record quality checks and document processing data.
• Communicate production changes and issues to supervision and shifts.
