Job summary

You will monitor production, document downtime, assist with labeling, and perform basic maintenance in a fast-paced setting. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in high-speed packaging, with flexibility for varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required/preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in inspecting/packaging and high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Must be available to work various shifts including nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operates automatic Palletizer/De-palletizer equipment within the plant.
• Ensures quality of finished package; cans placed per customer order and proper layer patterns.
• Recognizes can defects, documents information, and reports issues.
• Communicates needs to lift driver for supplies or to remove defective supplies.
• Maintains production/downtime logs and uses labeling system for pallets.
• Performs basic preventative maintenance and keeps work area clean and organized.
