Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. Seabrook, NJ is seeking a Palletizer Operator to run the palletizer on the assigned line in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Production Supervisor and must ensure efficient operation with attention to detail.

The role requires completion of palletizer training, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. The position includes second/third shift with differential pay and medical insurance via Local Union 152.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Palletizer operator training completed.
• Proficient in size changeovers and minor maintenance adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Know and operate safety devices and interlocks.
• Start and stop the palletizer correctly.
• Operate machine controls (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic).
• Perform code changes and monitor pattern forming on the palletizer.
• Change rolls of stretch wrap and clear jams as needed.
• Coordinate with line driver for pallet availability.
• Maintain awareness of safety procedures and follow all guidelines.
