Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. in Seabrook, NJ is seeking a Label Operator to join our production team. You will operate labelers on lines 1–3, set up machines, monitor quality, and adhere to food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least six months of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma, plus strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a manufacturing environment operating production equipment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detailed oriented and can multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Operation of the Can-Matic on lines 1 and 2, or the Burt and Clowe Labelers on line 3.
• Operation of the capper & dud-detector on line 3.
• Use computer-controlled equipment to select, position, and secure automatic or semi-automatic machines.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Follow safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.
