Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc in Seabrook, NJ is seeking a Filler Operator to manage the filler and support equipment, ensuring product quality and safety, including CCP monitoring. Performs product and package changeovers and may operate the Blow Molder, reporting to the Production Supervisor.

The starting hourly rate is $22.75/hr, with a $0.35/hr differential on 2nd shift and a $0.45/hr differential on 3rd shift. Medical insurance is offered through Local Union 152.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months experience in a manufacturing environment operating production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Move juice from balance tank to filler and keep temperature data on control charts.
• Attend the filler and operate equipment to optimize production-line run time.
• Monitor bottle flow and clear jams, alert maintenance to mechanical issues.
• Retrieve bottle caps and manage the cap hopper.
• Adjust filler speed to maintain proper workflow and quality checks.
• Perform product quality tests and document wash/changeover steps.
• Support inventory checks for bottles, caps, and products and record waste.
