Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. Seabrook, NJ is seeking a Filler Operator to manage the filler and support equipment, ensure product quality and safety, and perform changeovers. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and is based at our Seabrook facility.

The starting pay is $22.75 per hour with additional shift differentials on 2nd and 3rd shifts; medical insurance is provided through Local Union 152. Experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months experience in a manufacturing environment operating production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Move juice from balance tank to the filler and monitor temperature control charts.
• Operate the filler to optimize production-line run time.
• Monitor bottle flow, clear jams, and alert maintenance for malfunctions.
• Retrieve bottle caps and fill the cap hopper; adjust rails and change parts during packaging changeovers.
• Perform product quality control tests and sample at the start of the run.
• Maintain a clean work area and document wash processes on chart records.
• Record changes on charts and assist with inventory verification and logs.
