• Track pallet counts and production quantities using basic counting.

Staffmark is hiring Palletizers to support a busy food manufacturing operation in Sun Valley! This is a hands-on, physically demanding role ideal for dependable individuals who are comfortable performing repetitive tasks and keeping up with a fast-paced production line.

Note: This position involves continuous manual palletizing throughout the shift, including repeatedly lifting, stacking, and arranging products. If you enjoy active work and can maintain a steady pace while performing repetitive physical tasks, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Manually lift, stack, and arrange finished yogurt products onto pallets throughout the shift.
• Repeatedly build and organize pallets, ensuring products are stacked securely for storage and shipment.
• Maintain a consistent work pace while performing repetitive lifting, reaching, bending, and stacking motions.
• Inspect products, labels, and packaging for damage or visible quality issues.
• Move packaging materials and supplies to support production as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitary while following food safety and GMP guidelines.
• Track pallet counts and production quantities using basic counting and math skills.
• Report damaged products, equipment concerns, or production issues to your supervisor.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, production, or food manufacturing experience preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. and perform continuous manual palletizing.
• Comfortable standing for 8+ hours and frequently lifting, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
• Able to perform repetitive physical tasks at a steady pace throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in both cold and warm production areas.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and food quality standards.
