Staffmark Group is hiring for a Palletizer in Sun Valley, CA. The role involves manually lifting and stacking yogurt products onto pallets across multiple shifts, keeping a steady pace, and ensuring items are secure for shipment.

This hands-on position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to food safety standards; prior warehouse or food production experience is preferred but entry-level candidates are welcome. Temp-to-hire with weekly pay and benefits may be offered.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/production experience preferred; entry-level welcome.
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 8+ hours and perform repetitive tasks.
• Work in cold and warm production areas.
• Attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Commitment to safety and food quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manually lift, stack, and arrange finished yogurt products onto pallets.
• Build and organize pallets, ensuring secure stacking for storage and shipment.
• Maintain a steady pace during lifting, reaching, bending, and stacking.
• Inspect products, labels, and packaging for damage or quality issues.
• Move packaging materials to support production as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitary per food safety guidelines.
• Track pallet counts and production quantities using basic counting.
• Report damaged products or equipment concerns to supervisor.
