Forklift Operator

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with potential OT (Saturdays mandatory)

Overview

You're the one loading freight, restocking pallets, staging materials, and dodging tight corners without missing a beat. Every shift, you keep the whole crew moving and the warehouse runs efficiently. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our growing yogurt manufacturing team. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts to support daily warehouse, shipping, and production operations in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a refrigerated facility while helping maintain efficient product flow.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Food manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in cold storage or refrigerated environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Crown stand‑up forklifts throughout the facility
• Move raw materials, pallets, and finished yogurt products to designated warehouse and production areas
• Load and unload shipments from trucks accurately and efficiently
• Supply production lines with materials as needed to support operations
• Stack, wrap, label, and organize pallets within warehouse storage areas
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and warehouse safety procedures and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and additional warehouse duties as assigned
