Job summary

LinPepCo is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure outbound pallets are properly wrapped, secured, and prepared for shipment while maintaining shipment accuracy through pallet audits.

You will support warehouse safety, inventory control, and customer satisfaction by verifying pallet contents and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role may involve peak-period hours and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write at a level required for job performance.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack certification (18+).
• Ability to obtain forklift certification as needed (18+).
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate with team.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet wrapping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Wrap, stabilize, and secure outbound pallets to maintain load integrity.
• Inspect pallets for damage, wrapping defects, or unstable loads.
• Adjust equipment settings for varying load specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Audit pallets for quantities, order accuracy, and shipment completeness.
• Verify pallet contents against shipping documents and pick lists.
• Identify and report discrepancies or inventory variances.
• Ensure pallets are properly labeled and compliant with requirements.
• Maintain audit records and related documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and inventory teams to resolve issues.
