Job summary

LinPepCo is seeking a warehouse worker to ensure outbound pallets are properly wrapped, secured, and prepared for shipment. You will audit shipments, verify quantities, and help maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include operating pallet wrapping equipment, inspecting loads for damage, and collaborating with the shipping and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write at a level sufficient for job duties.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack certification (≥18).
• Ability to obtain forklift certification as needed (≥18).
• Attention to detail in inspecting pallets and loads.
• Clear communication with warehouse teams and shipping staff.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet wrapping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure pallets are wrapped, stabilized, and secured for transport.
• Inspect pallets for damage, defects, or unstable loads.
• Audit pallets against shipping docs and pick lists for accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work area and document inspections.
