Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Stack Off at the Acorn Facility in an on-site, full-time role within the Poly Bag department. The position supports production by lifting, carrying, stacking, and moving product and materials to maintain flow and safety.

The role requires physical endurance, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and the discipline to follow safety procedures and PPE requirements. Teamwork across departments is common in this fast-paced poultry production environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift and move products weighing 45 to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely and accurately stack pallets up to 10 pallets high while maintaining product stability and workplace safety standards.
• Perform continuous physical tasks including lifting, bending, carrying, reaching, and stacking.

Responsibilities

• Lift 45 to 75 pounds repeatedly as part of daily production duties.
• Stack pallets up to 10 high while maintaining stability and safety.
• Perform repeated lifting, bending, carrying, and stacking tasks.
• Work throughout various departments to assist where needed.
• Support production flow by moving, stacking, and organizing product, boxes, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow all safety requirements, including use of required personal protective equipment.
• Prevent and report unsafe acts, hazards, or safety concerns.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and Process Safety Management related requirements as applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow company policies, department procedures, and production standards.
• Learn and perform general labor duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
