Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Stack Off for our Acorn Facility. This on-site, full-time role supports production by lifting, carrying, stacking, and moving product, boxes, and equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

Candidates must be able to lift 45–75 pounds, stack pallets up to 10 high, and work in a fast-paced environment while following safety procedures. Benefits and compliance with safety policies are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift and move products weighing 45 to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely and accurately stack pallets up to 10 pallets high while maintaining product stability and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to perform continuous physical tasks, including lifting, bending, carrying, reaching, and stacking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while following all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lift 45 to 75 pounds repeatedly as part of daily production duties.
• Stack pallets up to 10 high while maintaining stability and safety.
• Perform repeated lifting, bending, carrying, and stacking tasks.
• Work throughout various departments to assist where needed.
• Support production flow by moving, stacking, and organizing product, boxes, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow all safety requirements, including use of required PPE.
• Prevent and report unsafe acts, hazards, or safety concerns.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and Process Safety Management related requirements as applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow company policies, department procedures, and production standards.
• Learn and perform general labor duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
