Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Stack Off at our Acorn Facility in Virginia. This on-site, full-time role supports production by lifting, carrying, stacking, and moving product, boxes, and equipment to keep operations flowing safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include lifting 45–75 pounds, stacking pallets up to 10 high, and performing general labor tasks across departments while adhering to safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift and move products weighing 45 to 75 pounds.
• Stack pallets up to 10 high while maintaining stability and safety.
• Follow all safety requirements and use required PPE.
• Perform general labor duties across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lift 45 to 75 pounds repeatedly during production.
• Stack pallets up to 10 high with stability and safety.
• Move, stack, and organize product, boxes, tools, and equipment.
• Follow lockout/tagout and Process Safety Management as applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
