Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Stack Off at our Acorn Facility for a full-time, on-site position. You will lift, carry, stack, and move product and materials to support production and maintain workflow.

The role requires repeated lifting of 45–75 pounds and stacking pallets up to 10 high while adhering to safety, PPE, and process standards. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repeatedly lift 45-75 pounds during the shift.
• Ability to safely and accurately stack pallets up to 10 high while maintaining stability.
• Perform continuous physical tasks including lifting, bending, carrying, reaching, and stacking.
• Work in a fast-paced production environment following all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move product, boxes, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Stack pallets up to 10 high with stability.
• Support production flow by moving and organizing materials.
• Follow all safety requirements and use PPE.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures where applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Learn and perform general labor duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
