Rehrig Pacific is seeking a dependable worker to operate our pallet sorting machinery and contribute to a fast-paced, supportive environment at our New Jersey site. You will perform sorting by manufacturer, quality, and grade, with forklift duties possible after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn machine and forklift operation.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with diverse coworkers.
• Safety-focused work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift to load/unload trailers and move materials (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through 'Clean as You Go' practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motions.
• Meet production and quality goals while working collaboratively with the team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
