Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a dependable worker to operate a pallet sorting machine and assist with manual sorting processes. The role involves inspecting pallets, meeting production goals, and maintaining safety standards within a fast-paced environment.

The position includes training for forklift operation, a strong benefits package, and a team-oriented setting where reliability and safety come first.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Forklift operation training provided; no prior forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift to load/unload trailers and move materials (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through Clean as You Go practices.
• Meet production and quality goals while working with the team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
