Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking dedicated Pallet Sorters to join our warehouse team. This role focuses on sorting pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade, while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

You should be able to lift up to 70 lbs, use pallet jacks, and adapt to a fast-paced production environment. Forklift training is provided if needed; HS diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
