Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. in Smyrna, Delaware, is seeking reliable Pallet Sorters to join our warehouse team. This role involves inspecting pallets, sorting by manufacturer, quality, and grade, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Familiarity with pallet jacks is preferred; forklift experience is a plus (training provided). You should be able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters — a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
