Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters, a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. Since 1913, we have focused on sustainable supply chain solutions and a culture that celebrates doing things right the first time.

Shift Details: Tuesday–Friday, 5:30 am – 4 pm. Pay: $17/hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance; PTO; 401k & ESOP; profit sharing; tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve our PTZ goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
