Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking dedicated individuals for a warehouse pallet sorter position. The role focuses on sorting pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade, and includes visual inspection and identifying repair needs to maintain production flow.

Shifts run Saturday through Monday, 5 am–5:30 pm, with pay at $18/hour and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401k/ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement. Training is provided for forklift use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve PTZ goals.
• Support team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
