Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is hiring pallet sorters to support a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is part of a dedicated team focused on safety, quality, and reliability in daily operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with pallets, adherence to PTZ safety protocols, and teamwork. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within a family-oriented company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift training provided.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Shift Details: Saturday-Monday, 6 am - 6:30 pm

Pay: $18.00/hour

We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters — a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).

• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
