Rehrig Pacific Company in Smyrna, AL seeks pallet sorters to join our warehouse team. You will sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade, performing visual inspections to ensure accuracy and quality.

The role emphasizes meeting production goals in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment, with training provided for forklift use and a commitment to PTZ.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (“Clean as You Go”).
• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).

Shift Details: Tuesday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Pay: $18/hour
