Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking dedicated warehouse staff to join our team as Pallet Sorters. Work is Saturday through Monday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, with competitive pay of $18.00 per hour and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities include pallet sorting by manufacturer and quality, inspecting for repairs, ensuring timely production, and adhering to safety protocols to support our PTZ objectives. Prior experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is helpful, and training is provided.

Are you someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time? Do you enjoy working with your hands in a fast-paced, supportive environment? Were looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.

What Youll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (Clean as You Go).
• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
