Job summary

PLA is seeking a Warehouse General Labor Pallet Sorter for the Evening Shift B in Oklahoma City, OK. You will sort, move, and inspect pallets and merchandise, ensuring quality before shipment. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to perform minor repairs as needed.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with scheduled raises at 90 days, 1 year, and annually for up to five years. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks with accuracy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift pallets as needed.
• Attention to detail to identify pallet defects and sorting criteria.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets and materials to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Inspect pallets for damage, missing boards, nails or defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all PLA policies and safety guidelines and assist teammates as needed.
