48forty Solutions in Fayetteville, AR is seeking aSorter to manually sort pallets in a busy distribution facility. Shift is Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, plus Saturday 6:00 AM–10:00 AM, with an hourly pay of $17.50.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork as you move materials, load trailers, verify loads, and complete paperwork. Reliability, good communication, and willingness to work overtime are valued.

Overview

As a Sorter, you’ll get to hand sort pallets and other materials within a distribution facility and ensure high levels of safety and cleanliness. This is the perfect role for someone looking to maintain high levels of activity and it is vital to the success of our plant’s production!

Hourly Pay:

$17.50/hr

Shift(s):

Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM & Saturday 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights

• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
