Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Petersburg, VA is seeking dedicated individuals for our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters. You will sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade, inspect for repairs, and strive to meet production goals while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve PTZ goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
