Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. in Petersburg, VA seeks dedicated individuals for a Pallet Sorter role within our warehouse team. You will help keep operations running smoothly by sorting pallets, inspecting quality, and supporting the team in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
