Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Petersburg, VA is seeking dedicated pallet sorters to keep operations running smoothly. You will sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade, inspect for repairs, and meet production goals while maintaining safety standards.

Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift training provided. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
